We are looking for a part-time employee (m/f/d) to join our small team immediately, handling telephone reception and general office duties (11.5 hours per week). Salary is based on the German Red Cross (DRK) collective bargaining agreement.

What we wish for:
a friendly, reliable and confident personality who
- enjoys working in a small team,
- is familiar with MS Office and common online applications,
- has good German and spelling skills,
- Ideally, you have initial experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress) or are willing to learn how to use them
- enjoys interacting with people and their concerns
- has time in the morning hours (9-13 am).
What tasks await you:
- We accept inquiries by phone and email
- Guidance and advice for those seeking help on the topic of "family"
- Maintenance and updating of the database
- Creation of distribution lists, etc.
- Preparation and support during meetings
- Coordination of the appointment calendar
- Mail receiving and dispatch, office duties
