The 12th conference of the Federal Association of Family Centers (Bundesverband der Familienzentren e.V.) will take place in Bremen in November 2024. Under the title "Strengthening Children and Families – Shaping Democracy," professionals will meet on November 7th and 8th, 2024, at the Bremen Parliament building. Registration is now open.

Democracy education and strengthening of children and families

This year's conference focuses on democratic education and strengthening children and families. Participants can explore and exchange ideas on various topics through different lectures and workshops.

The Federal Association of Family Centers (Bundesverband der Familienzentren eV) is the recognized leading competence center for family centers that are committed to the well-being, education and health of families in an impact-oriented manner, while keeping intergenerational target groups in mind

As a voice to policymakers, administrators, and the public, and drawing on the experience of its diverse members, the Federal Association offers answers and dialogue formats for the challenges of today and tomorrow. The Federal Association provides its members with practical support through specialist events in various formats, personal consultations, and a wide range of networking and service offerings.

Timeframe:
Admission on the first day from 12:00 PM, end on the second day at 1:30 PM. The subsequent members' meeting ends at 4:00 PM.

Costs and registration:
Non-members: €210; Members: €170 (An additional €10 will be added if you opt for the optional visit to a Bremen KiFaZ on the first day before the event (9:00 to 10:30 am). As places are limited, they will be allocated chronologically according to receipt of payment.)
