The next Family Education Network meeting on November 14th will focus on the topic of "Digital Administration and Family Benefits." Professionals can register until November 8th.

Under the title "Digital Administration: Which services families can use – and what we should know about it", our guests Richard Preetz, Tim Baumann and Jan Kalkmann from Department 21 at the Senator for Labour, Social Affairs, Youth and Integration will provide insights into the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG) and how the OZG can make everyday life easier for citizens.

Digital application processes for families

Families often become frustrated with applications and fail due to bureaucratic hurdles. The support system provides assistance and completes applications together, although this requires a significant investment of time and resources.

The Family Education Network offers us a special opportunity to learn about and critically examine the latest developments in digital administration in terms of their user-friendliness.

More about the OZG from experts

Our guests Richard Preetz, Tim Baumann and Jan Kalkmann (SASJI, Department 21) will explain and demonstrate the Online Access Act (OZG) to us in the context of the topic of family & child!

All participants at the network meeting will have the opportunity to test the full functionality of digital applications (child support, maintenance advance, parental allowance) using test accounts.

Date: Thursday, November 14, 2024, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Location: Kukoon Cultural Center, Buntentorsteinweg 29-31, 28201 Bremen
