Why work-life balance? Work-life balance is more than just "work-life balance"! Life is about so much more than squeezing a little free time into the workday. All aspects, whether planned or unplanned, joyful or challenging, should be compatible.

A space for exchange, networking and empowerment

As every year, the organizers of Work-Life Balance Week at the University of Bremen are offering events on a wide range of caregiving, support, and discrimination topics. These include life phases marked by crises and invisible obstacles in everyday life. Together, we will discuss stumbling blocks and gather solutions. The experts will highlight discrimination at the university, in student life, and in the workplace, and demonstrate what a society with opportunities for participation for all can look like.

This offer is aimed at all members of the University of Bremen and all interested individuals nationwide. All events will take place online. Registration is required to participate in an event.
